Good morning beauties!
Today is day No.2 of the Healthy Eating Challenge 2013 currently running on my Instagram. So today I wanted to share with you a very simple recipe, that is again clean and very yummy!!
So here are the ingredients you will need:
1 Egg
75ml Almond Milk
15g Coconut Flour
15g Oats
Put all of these ingredients in a container and blend until the consistency is smooth!
Pour into a suitably sized mug and pop in the microwave for 2-3min depending in power of your microwave!
To make the topping simply use 50g Greek Yoghurt mixed with 50g of raspberries and pour over your cake!
Quick, simple and very yummy!!

Healthy Breakfast Pancakes!!
I love chocolate and I also love pancakes, so here I have combined the two to make a delicious, nutritious and filling breakfast that is completely clean!!
So how do I make them, here is a list of ingredients you will need for the pancakes:
1 Egg
75ml Almond Milk
15g Coconut Flour
15g Oats
50g Fresh spinach leaves
Now all you need to do is put these ingredients into a blender and blend until it is a smooth consistency.
You then want to pour pancakes into a hot frying pan that has a small amount of coconut oil in (maybe 1/3 of a teaspoon of oil is needed. Cook until there are plenty of air bubbles rising through the mixture, this will mean that it is ready to flip!
Flip and cook and serve on a plate!
Now to make the topping here are the ingredients you will need:
80g Greek Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon pure cocoa power
1 Teaspoon stevia (or other sweetener)
1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
You then want to mix all of these ingredients together and pour on top of your pancakes!! Sprinkle a small amount of desiccated coconut on top if you wish and enjoy!
